To commemorate ten successful years of golfing business, Golf Digest will be issuing a special tenth birthday edition for the month of October. As part of the festivities Golf Digest invited South Africa's premier golfer, Ernie Els to feature in an exclusive cover shoot which took place in Cape Town this month.
Els' passion for the magazine is evident as he has been a major contributor for the past decade and has recently extended his long term contract as one of their exclusive playing editors: "It's amazing how time has flown. It has been a great run and I know that they are going to take it even further. I am very proud to have been a part of their success and will hopefully give them a few more tips going forward. Congratulations Golf Digest on your tenth anniversary and the Champagne's on you."
Since they launched in 1995, Golf Digest has grown to become the biggest selling golf magazine in South Africa with their current Jan - June 05 ABC at 25 167. Golf Digest is currently published in over 30 countries.

Golf Digest's bumper birthday issue of 184 pages includes a 36-page GolfStyle section, making this their biggest ever edition.
