2010 ticket prices: no cut-prices, no freebies

NEWSWATCH: According to FIFA's general secretary, Jerome Valcke, the media got it wrong when it thought that “recategorising” tickets (meaning more category four tickets would be made available to South Africans for just R140, by changing a portion, (or all?) of the unsold, and more expensive category three tickets to the cheaper category four) constituted cutting ticket prices, reports Times Live.
