Bidvest Steiner acquires Sanicorp

"Sanicorp clients will benefit by becoming our customers, as they will immediately have access to the significant human capital and resources that exist throughout the group," said Alan Fainman, MD of Bidvest Steiner. "We will be retiring the Sanicorp brand, while welcoming the bulk of the company's employees into the group. All its branches are currently being incorporated into our existing branches."

Former Sanicorp clients can now receive a comprehensive service, such as pest control, which was not formerly available. "There is scope to introduce Sanicorp clients to products and services they had previously never been exposed to," concludes Fainman.
