Beeld card holders covered by Auto & General

Beeld has long realised that its daily newspaper is part of subscribers' lives and thrive on making a difference to their day to day budget by negotiating preferential deals with selected partners through Beeld's loyalty Card. The card was launched to loyal subscribers to thank devoted readers for their unwavering support. Beeld's newest partnership is with Auto & General.

In addition to receiving benefits from over 2000 participating partners, Beeld cardholders now have access to 12% discount on monthly short-term insurance premiums thanks to Auto & General. This equates to a saving of approximately R800 per year.

"Beeld and Auto & General have committed to a long term alliance so as to ensure a constant offering for Beeld cardholders," says Joanne Peltz, Loyalty Card Manager for Beeld. "With Auto & General as a new partner on our loyalty programme, there is even more reason for subscribers to make use of their cards."

Tersia Bester, Auto & General's General Manager of Marketing says that the Beeld/Auto & General partnership will benefit all parties. "We wanted to join a credible and strong brand to increase client retention and strengthen Auto & General's client base. The Beeld Card provided us the opportunity to negotiate better insurance premiums and products that will ideally suit cardholders and Beeld subscribers."
