Greenstone Hill Ofiice Park fully occupied

Barrow Properties has announce full occupancy of its Greenstone Hill Office Park in Modderfontein, Gauteng. The R300 million office park, the first phase of which was officially launched in July 2008, was developed in conjunction with Vunani Properties and Sherratt Property Ventures.

It is situated next to the 70 000m² Greenstone Mall and the Stoneridge lifestyle centre.

The office park has experienced demand for its 25 000m² office space, which has been leased or sold to various businesses in sizes ranging from 150m² to 4000m². The 8 000m² final phase of the park, comprising the last three of the development's 15 office blocks and scheduled for completion in July this year, has recently been let to Senet Engineering, UTI and DHL. Senet and UTI will now each occupy approximately 4 000m² in the park.
