MFP Holdings acquires The Refinery

The Refinery and MFP Holdings confirmed today, Wednesday, 5 September 2007, that MFP is acquiring The Refinery Group, which comprises well-known post production facilities: The Refinery, The Video Lab and the Waterfront Studios Partnership.
