Ad agency, Net#work, has come up with a campaign of teasing 10-second TV ads, or 'blipverts', to stir up interest in the coming November launch of South Africa's third cellular network operator, Cell C.
Says Mike Schalit, Net#work's creative director, "This is a teaser campaign designed to create awareness. Cell C has to be everywhere. We must get recognition."
