Jazz Showcase: Let's make music

CC Events and Promotions is hosting a Jazz showcase at the CTICC Auditorium on 26 September 2009, featuring guest artist, Clare Philips, along with Heinrich Isaacs Ensemble, Celeste Davids, Kim Philips Ensemble and Blue Note.

The aim is to uplift and encourage local talent and build a platform for them to showcase their music. Also to get involved and assist the youth of the local communities in terms of performing arts both song and dance by any means, using the talents showcased at the events.

By you supporting home grown talent in attending the events and making use of the showcased artists for future ventures, you will help us make this all possible.

Funds raised in this venture will be used to advertise artist profiles and allow for their music to be heard on a broader scale. In turn we want to create a network for other young musicians, who will then be able to participate in future events and get themselves marketed as well.
