Fight prostate cancer - eat fish

Prostate cancer can kill, and has killed many men - sometimes never having revealed itself when they were alive - but you can fight it - by eating fish.

Prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer in men in the Western world and though many of these cancers are slow growing and do not lead to death, prostate cancer kills often enough to be betaken very seriously.
