Musicians sought for New South Africa Orchestra
Auditons for places in the New South Africa Orchestra, which will be guided by Abdullah Ibrahim, will take place at the Wits Great Hall on Monday, 5 October and Tuesday, 6 October 2009, between 11am and 2pm.
The orchestra will be guided by Abdullah Ibrahim and there is an opportunity to audition for the Jazz Big Band on 5 October and for the Philharmonic Orchestra on 6 October.

The types of musicians required are as follows:
Monday 5 October, Jazz Big Band audition
Required:
Tuesday 6 October, Philharmonic Orchestra Audition
Required: strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion.
