Hitfire Digital officially launches online marketing services

Hitfire Digital is an online marketing agency based in Cape Town, operating since April 2013. Now officially launching its services as a full-service, digital marketing agency, it offers effective digital strategy to provide a holistic approach to digital marketing by understanding the various inter-dependencies.

It also provides domain registration, web hosting and website development services.

Saudiqua Simpson, co-founder and owner, who has worked for other digital marketing agencies for the past nine years, heads the agency up. She graduated with a B.com from UCT in 2005 and started out as a web applications developer, moving into SEO and finally growing her skills in digital marketing as a whole.

"I've picked up much experience working at various agencies, which helped when putting together our business offering. When you see the inside of how agencies work, you identify their flaws and also how to fix them." She has worked on many well-known brands such as Investec, Nissan and Land Rover.

Her husband, and now business partner, Jesse Simpson, is the 'idea-man' that drives the unique, creative approach to their client services and is also responsible for new business development. "We provide reliable, consistent, young, active, vibrant and dynamic approach to customer service. We want to be able to compete with the best, so we need to offer the best. The only way to do this is by listening to your customers and understanding their business needs," he explains.

Turnkey offering

The agency provides its clientele with effective digital strategy as a turnkey service. It incorporates all available online marketing channels into one complete marketing plan that meets its clients' business requirements and supports their daily operating activities. This could be driving additional visitor traffic to websites, converting the newly acquired visits into sales and finally building lasting online relationships with their target markets across various social platforms.

"We believe that your online presence, ie the business website, social profiles and online brand mentions are important assets, which if utilised correctly can yield larger ROIs that from other marketing efforts," continues Saudiqua.

The list of services being offered included: organic SEO; PPC (paid search), Google Analytics consulting, online reputation management (ORM) and social media marketing, conversion optimisation, content generation and translation services and finally website development.

The agency is only taking on a set number of new clients, as there are a limited number of available slots. Currently, new clients receive the first month on the house and a full complimentary SEO site evaluation.

The business also hopes to promote its charity, 'Helping Hope Grow', which works towards up-skilling the homeless and reintegrate them into society.
