Doing it for your country!
Durex is asking consumers to do it for their country by taking part in the world's largest ever Global Sex Survey. Last year more than 350 000 people in 41 countries answered questions about their sexual attitudes and behaviour, with nearly 4000 South Africans going online for their nation.
The 2005 survey will contain questions covering a wide range of issues including sex education, awareness of STI's, sexual lifestyle and methods of contraception. A number of new questions have also been specially commissioned for this year's survey.
Last year 58% of South Africans admitted to having unprotected sex without knowing their partner's sexual history and have an average number of 12 sexual partners. 55% of South African women admitted to having faked an orgasm!
The survey is currently live and will be online until early August. The results will be announced in October, and one lucky South African will win a romantic getaway for two just by going online and 'doing it' for their country.
