Peroni Italian style ambassadors will search the Durban July crowds for individuals they feel epitomise the elegance, sophistication and taste of Italy and award them a style nomination.
Nominees will be invited to attend the Art of Style Awards at the Peroni marquee, where they will be photographed for the Art of Style wall. Visitors will have the chance to vote for the most stylish nominee and the winner will receive a fabulous prize acknowledging his or her unique style.
“The Durban July is the South African fashion event, akin to Ascot in the UK and thus the perfect location to find chic, stylish fashionistas who epitomise the Peroni brand,” says Lee-Ann Smith, Peroni executive brand manager.
Visitors to the Peroni marquee will be able to view TV feeds of fashion on the field and interviews with stylistas, while a DJ provides musical entertainment. Visitors will also be interviewed about their views on style/fashion.
The winner will be announced at 5pm. The marquee will be open from 12pm - 6pm.
