SABC GCEO deadline extended

The closing date was originally 7 September.

Interim board chairperson Irene Charnley said that the decision was based on the need for maximum transparency.

“We believe that a number of late applications were received. Given the importance of this position, we therefore decided to extend the deadline to provide a further opportunity for people to apply. We are not aware of who has applied for the position and want to assure those who have already applied that their applications will be considered.”
