ANC vs Ogilvy: Summons? What summons?
NEWSWATCH: The ANC claims that the summons sent to it after it failed to settle an outstanding debt to advertising agency Ogilvy was delivered in an “unprofessional” manner, which is why it wasn't aware that it had a court date to meet, reports Times Live.
