FCB goes with big cats on small budget for purring client

Cat videos are everywhere online. People just can't get enough of them. That's why FCB Cape Town tapped into this, one of the most insidious social media habits, as a cost-effective way to promote client Safarilink.co.za's services.

But these aren't the domestic cats we're used to - the videos feature the type of cats the client is most at home with - big cats.

The agency created two 20 second ads, Dramatic Cat and Saber Cats - Don't let the title fool you - it's cats with light sabres, not sabre-toothed cats. These were placed as pre-rolls before some of YouTube's most popular cat compilations. They're embedded below for your viewing pleasure...
