The deadline for Construction New Media Awards 2005 has been extended

The deadline for the Construction New Media Awards 2005 has been extended to 11 February 2005 in order to allow students, who are only returning in early February, to enter.

The categories for 2005 are:
Online (Self-Promotion, Non-Functional, Functional)
Networked Executables (Self-promotion, Corporate)
Offline (Self-promotion, Corporate)
Motion Graphics
Advertising/Promotions

The deadline for entries is 11 February 2005 and the award ceremony takes place on 24 February alongside the 8th International Design Indaba at the Cape Town International Conference Centre.

The first prize is a trip to Poke, UK.

Finalists' work will be on display to an audience of Indaba delegates and speakers, giving top entrants valuable local and international exposure. And for the first time, the judging panel will use the ceremony to comment at length on each winning piece and to explain the judging process, making the whole event an integral part of the Design Indaba learning experience.

This year's judges are Tom Roope (Tomato, UK), Patrick Burgoyne (Creative Review, UK) Simon Waterfall (Poke, UK) Daljit Singh (Digit, UK) and Andries Odendaal (SA)

How to enter: Entry forms and payment details are available on-line at www.constructionaward.com.Email with any queries.
