Table Bay clean-up operations almost complete
According to TimesLIVE, Cape Town's disaster response teams resumed clean-up operations along the Table Bay coastline after oil spilt from an abandoned bulk carrier that ran aground almost three years ago. Bad weather scuppered their work late last week.

Fifteen oiled penguins have been captured and are being cleaned and treated by the Southern African Foundation for the Conservation of Coastal Birds, TimesLIVE reports.
