Support for wage subsidy from CDE

The report is based on a document entitled Jobs for young people: is a wage subsidy a good idea? that was produced by the CDE. A discussion paper released by the National Treasury in February recommended that a wage subsidy would reduce the risk and financial cost of training workers.
