Haute Cabriere range pairs with Easter

Haute Cabriere invites you to celebrate this Easter with family, friends and its range of Methode Cap Classique, named Pierre Jourdan. The Belle Rose and Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir both pair with Easter lamb, duck, and turkey dishes.

Pierre Jourdan's blends of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir offer a fragrant and elegant bouquet with a lively mousse, fresh fruit flavours with a dry finish. The Pierre Jourdan Belle Rose and Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir are produced from 100 percent Pinot Noir, which has a very elegant yet powerful cultivar expression, showing juicy red berry fruit flavours and well-structured, elegant complexity.

Nature and harmony

The essence of proprietor Achim von Arnim's wine-growing philosophy is embodied in the words "sun, soil, vine, man" - the sun being the positive energy and the joy, the soil being our roots and tradition, the vine representing nature and harmony, and man being the facilitator on the one hand, but, also the one receiving the ultimate enjoyment from the fruits of this labour. Haute Cabrière became the first estate in South Africa to specialise in the production of Methode Cap Classique, the South African equivalent to Champagne, using only the noble cultivars of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The Haute Cabrière Cellar Restaurant will be offering guests a selection of specials over Easter. Contact + 27 (0)21 876 3688 for reservations.

The Belle Rose and Pinot Noir can be ordered online at www.cabriere.co.za for delivery countrywide.
