Better, faster, cheaper market research
Panel Services Africa has just released results from a short political opinions survey conducted on their Communi-Cat and Tell Us About It panels on the 24th of September 2008.

How does it work?
Questionnaires are designed and programmed in the GMI system, one of the world's most sophisticated research management systems. Questionnaires are submitted to one or more of three online panels, with automatic quota controls. The system enables sophisticated routing, piping, randomisation, filters and link security management. All forms of audio/visual stimuli can be used, making it ideal for promotional and advertisement testing.
Online panel research can produce more scientific results because:
- All bias or variance from interviewers is removed from the administration of the questionnaire.
- The convenience of the Internet connection gains the full attention of the panelist - typically open ended questions generate up to 8 times more information.
- The full range of design elements, such as pictures, sounds, video and error messages, can be harnessed to ensure comprehensive understanding of the questions.
- Data gathered can be validated from previous surveys conducted - enabling reliability to be tested.
- Lower sampling error for replicated/tracking surveys.
In addition, fieldwork can be deployed to all members on the same day, with top-line results available within minutes. There is no DP process and results are available online 24/7. Databases can be delivered in ESPRI within 24 hours of close of survey, as an additional option.
