Lights... Camera... Action... Biz Takeouts at Bookmarks 2013

Warren Harding, of Biz Takeouts fame, was at The Bookmarks 2013, video camera at the ready, to waylay the unwary and get their views on the awards. Watch the video, enjoy the video... Wish you were in the video.

Our extensive coverage of The Bookmarks 2013 Awards continues with the good, the bad, and the ugly. Well, not so much the bad, or the ugly, more of the good - and a little about the absent.

Thrilling... Love him or hate him, our commander-in-chief has a knack of getting himself in the news... either calling some hapless journalist a "bloody agent" or, in this case, appearing in court to answer a number of charges. Well, first the media couldn't cover the trial, but now they can, which, of course, has apparently been postponed. One is almost surprised that a collection of court cases doesn't carry the collective noun "postponement"... as in "a postponement of cases".

On the emerging markets front, Danette Breitenbach reports on emerging markets into the future, when 70% of the world's internet population is in emerging markets and the adspend is starting to move to these markets. As Axel Steinman, Microsoft Advertising and Online VP, says, "The consumer will never love advertising, but he/she can accept it and love the experiences on devices."

Rod Baker, Content Director (@Bizcommunity, @Biz_Marketing)
