HOMEMAKERS shows the insides of their hearts

A team of 36 HOMEMAKERS volunteers was dressed and ready by crack of dawn to start painting the Moffatview Old Age Home, a Meals on Wheels initiative.

Meals on Wheels is a not-for-profit organisation that not only serves more than 10 million meals per year but, also gets businesses and individuals to voluntarily help renovate the properties of needy individuals and organisations.

After warming up with a fun drumming session we all enthusiastically gave the Old Age Home a brand new coat.

The HOMEMAKERS team will also be riding for a purpose in the Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge on 17 November. Our charity, the HOMEMAKERS WHEELERS for hungry tummies with sponsors Oasys Innovations and Paarl Media will donate all our funds to Meals on Wheels.
