The healthcare facilities below have each received a three-year Accreditation Award from COHSASA (The Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa) which means that they are compliant with internationally accredited standards. A three-year accreditation means that these facilities have consistently maintained their levels of standards compliance between external surveys.

All services should score at least 80/100. There should not be any non-compliant standards or criteria that could result in serious harm or injury to patients or staff; contravention of critical laws and regulations or serious administration, organisational and/or managerial problems.
