Start driving software as a service annuity revenue

Preserv8 Ltd, suppliers of Preserv8, claimed to be the only Microsoft Software plus Services (SaaS) certified Unified Email Management (UEM) platform, says it is making headway in expanding its partner channel by facilitating annuity revenue growth opportunities and providing the requisite SaaS tools to assist the partners to seamlessly scale their business through service automation.

Brian Brougham-Cook, the company's Sales Director, says, “To grow your business, you need the right tools and resources at every stage of the sales cycle. As the industry leader in Software as a Service delivery, we offer our partners a cloud-based automation portal to quickly acquire and provision customers through a frictionless process.

“The partner portal tools allow our partners to gain insight into how they can benefit from recurring revenue and from cost-saving delivery models. By exploiting the flexibility of the SaaS model we help our partners overcome traditional scalability challenges, improve their business performance and expand their annuity revenue streams” says Brougham-Cook.

He adds, “Our focus is to assist our partners to explore the significant commercial opportunity offered by new generation cloud-based services, including sustainable renewable revenue and the capacity to reach previously underserved market segments.”

He says the Preserv8 Partner Portal (PPP) is designed to facilitate online management of the end-to-end customer process. Partners make use of their online portal to register and manage their opportunities, generate co-branded offers and automatically provision his company's service online, which is always available, to their incumbent clients. The partner portal also reduces the partner administrative overhead as the service billing is automated and provides individual customer invoices and operational reports.”

The company's customer facing website is said to provide a wealth of product information, client references, case studies, whitepapers, certification credentials and regularly updated industry and regulatory information.

The company also offers online engagement tools, such as the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Calculator, which is designed to allow interested parties to compare the cost-saving benefit presented by the company rather than the traditional on-site software deployment model.
