Main sponsor of Pendoring announced

Apart from a substantial financial sponsorship, Vodacom, the new main sponsor of the Pendoring awards for excellence in Afrikaans advertising, will be presenting new pieces worth R3000 to each of the category winners.

André Beyers, Vodacom's executive manager: brand and advertising, explains the decision to sponsor: "Culture and language are synonymous. They form part of your development, individuality, behavioural patterns, perceptions and dreams. The development of long-term support of each language, and specifically Afrikaans, is of cardinal importance to future generations.
