The new facility seats 250 and is sub-divisible into three smaller conference venues to accommodate the needs of any size of event. There are an additional two 10-seater boardrooms for breakaway sessions and more focused meetings and presentations.
“Because it's a new conference centre we were able to research the requirements of modern business travellers thoroughly and create it exactly according to their needs,” says William Bruntnell, the GM of The Winkler.”
In line with this the conference centre is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, roaming microphones and electronic drop-down screens. To support this level of professionalism, the décor of the centre is also modern and stylish.
“There is no point in bringing business travellers to such a fine destination if the décor of the venue doesn't compete with the surrounding area,” says Bruntnell. “Visitors won't be disappointed by the professional aesthetics of the conference centre.”
