Multi-plugs recalled by Woolworths

Following an advisory notice SGA Trading, suppliers of multi-plugs to Woolworths, the retailer is requesting customers to return any a 6- or 10-way multi-plug (batch-codes: YD-6NS2; YD-5NS and barcodes: 6009101821518; 6009101821525) purchased any time since September 2011.

While the products are SABS approved, the supplier has indicated that the design may make them unsafe, if used incorrectly. To date, no injuries have been reported but both products have been removed from the shelves.
