Put your business on the map

mapIT has announced that it now offers free maps to individuals who wish to use its maps on their website, blog, or other social network outlet in order to locate their company premises, direct people to events, clubs or for any other reason that they may require a pinpointed descriptive map and door-to-door directions.

The maps offer additional value, as they are based on TomTom's maps and allow the user to update their preferred appearance on the map by uploading a branded logo as well as the option of uploading an icon to identify the exact position on the map. This gives the user complete control of the look and feel of the map to their brand's specifications, thus giving it a unique and professional image.

HTML code is generated in three simple steps by adding the location, contact details, branded logos and the required size of the map needed. This code then can be copied and pasted into the website. Individuals can place up to five free map locations per website and receive up to twenty thousand free transactions per month on the map database.
