Japan Week in Sandton in March
The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), a governmental agency designed to promote trade and investment between Japan and the rest of the world, sponsors the event. Japan Week aims to educate and entertain consumers while also highlighting trade opportunities and partnerships between the two countries.
Kimihiko Inaba, executive director of JETRO Johannesburg says, "Japan Week provides a platform to increase business transactions between South Africa and Japan. Our event will showcase both already locally based Japanese brands, as well as newcomers to the marketplace."
