ICASA issues mobile tv licences

NEWSWATCH: e.tv and MultiChoice have been awarded the licences to provide mobile TV, Dr Stephen Mncube, chairperson of the Independent Communications Authority of SA (ICASA) announced today, Friday 10 September 2010 at a media briefing.
