Shaun V sings title track in Hollywood film
Local rocker, Shaun V's song, A Friend Is An Enemy, is the title track to the British short film “A Night at Robert McAlister's”. It was very well received by over 300 global industry moguls, movie reps and celebrities at its first international premiere screening at a glittering event at Cinespace in Hollywood.
Shaun said: “It was an incredible honour to be contacted recently and asked to consider being a part of the film by singing A Friend Is An Enemy for the movie, written by Colin 'Lizzard' McGuinness of Octane Music [LA]. My management and I have been in discussions with Octane Music for a while now regarding possible future collaboration on projects, so when this opportunity arose through our association with them, we didn't hesitate and said yes immediately. It's a great song and was a challenge to sing, but I'm really pleased how it turned out. Hope it does great things for the movie!”
