Four SABC board members resign

SABC board deputy chairperson Felleng Sekha and members Barbara Masekela, David Niddrie and Makgatho Mello have had their resignations received and accepted by President Jacob Zuma, the Presidency announced yesterday afternoon, Monday, 18 October 2010.
Four SABC board members resign

Zuma received and accepted the resignation of the four members in his capacity as the appointing body in terms of section 15 (2) of the Broadcasting Act no 4 of 1999. The resignations were received by the Presidency from the Ministry of Communications.

Zuma has thanked the former board members for their contribution to the SABC and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
