Botes has a wealth of behind the scenes experience of custom publishing and content marketing, having worked at NMP and John Brown media. She describes herself as an experienced digital management and content marketing strategist, specialising in constructing calculated content action plans and in creating, managing and optimising content for all digital avenues spanning paid, earned and owned forms of digital media.

Smith is an inbound marketing whizz and is a co-founder of MPULL, which is an agency, focused on inbound marketing. It specialises in using Hubspot, which is a powerful marketing automation tool, loaded with data and analytics. Smith is way ahead of the game when it comes to this area of marketing, which is growing at tremendous rates in the US, UK and locally. He has been involved in marketing for the past 12 years
