The Woman of Stature Awards, now in its fifth year, aims to empower women to reach their full potential, and is a source of opportunities and information where women connect and share knowledge and skills.

"Winning this award is a significant recognition and this came as a huge surprise to me as the calibre of the nominees are extraordinary women doing incredible work not just in their own businesses but they are also making an impact in the upliftment and empowerment of people in various previously disadvantaged communities," says Shamila Ramjawan.

Ramjawan will receive a global award on the 29 April 2018 in New Delhi, India from the Women Economic Forum (WEF) in the category Iconic Woman Creating a Better World for All.
