Woolworth releases sustainability report

This year the report been made with paper made from 90% South African sugar cane waste, and 10% wood fibre from sustainable forests, and the materials have been sourced from previously disadvantaged local suppliers.

Woolworths Good Business Journey is a comprehensive five-year plan which was announced in April 2007 and designed to help people and planet. It incorporates a series of challenging targets and commitments centred on four key priorities: accelerating transformation, driving social development, enhancing Woolworths' environmental focus and addressing climate change.
