The Stars for Charity annual gala fund-raising evening for Abraham Kriel Childcare (AKC) will be held on 20 September 2012. Once again, specialist themed décor company, SA Event Décor, has sponsored the décor for the event and R50 000 of décor services to be auctioned or presented as a prize at the event, enabling additional fundraising on the night.

Sponsor for the past 10 years, Chris van Dalen, owner of SA Event Décor and décor specialist, says, "The event is a highlight on our calendar each year. The needs of destitute children are very close to our hearts. We gladly promote the cause via our website and through our contributions in skill and in kind."

Annamart Viljoen of AKC adds, "The added value in ambience and atmosphere cannot be measured.
