Private property gets smart centre
South Africa's busiest property website and commission-free real-estate service, Private Property Listings, recently launched its Smart Centre, an industry first aimed at educating the consumer and demystifying the buying and selling process.
The company's first education centre was launched on the 17 September and is currently focused on educating the company's in-house and outsourced professionals. The company will launch its training service to consumers in the new year and will focus on educating consumers on all the aspects and nuances of the buying and selling process.
This Smart Centre will also enhance the company's brand and reputation; increasing mind share among consumers. Private Property Listings has positioned itself as the consumer's champion and as a trusted partner to private sellers. This education centre goes to the core of this promise by educating consumers the way no other real estate company has before.
According to Private Property Listings CEO, Justin Clarke, the comprehensive workshops will explain and simplify the sale process so that buyers and sellers of property understand the rules of the game: "We believe in the best advice principle so we will be explaining the process to consumers, including the advantages and disadvantages of each selling method. The training courses will be run by independent trainers with extensive experience in the field of real estate. Our plan is a simple one; give people the tools they need to make informed decisions and allow them to take control of their investment.
"The company has held nothing back in this ambitious project. We have designed a new board game to go with the launch of this centre, Privateproperly, a Monopoly styled game that requires players to have the most smarties and know the rules of the property game to win."
