The tender is run on behalf of the South African media and marketing industry, represented by the Advertising Media Forum (AMF), the Broadcast Research Council of South Africa (BRC), the Marketing Association of South Africa (MASA), the Print and Digital Media South Africa (PDMSA) and the South African Audience Research Foundation (SAARF).
Shortlisted companies will be briefed on 8 June 2015 and will be required to make written submission and pricing proposals by 16 July 2015. Presentation of proposals will take place during August 2015, where after the successful bidder will be selected. It will be a five-year contract with an option to renew for a further two years.
The tender administration team consists of Clare O'Neil, representing the BRC; Britta Reid, representing PDMSA; Gordon Patterson, representing AMF/MASA; and Marié Rossouw, representing SAARF.
