Net#work BBDO works hard for Best Labour Practice award
Advertising agency, Net#work BBDO has been chosen by The Department of Labour of South Africa as a best practice employer. They will be contributing to research, which will result in the development of a Code of Good Practice that will form part of the future Employment Equity Act.
The Code of Good Practice will provide guidelines to assist employers, employees, trade unions and other relevant stakeholders with employment equity implementation.
Zakeya Madatt, Net#work's Human Resources Manager comments: "Net#work has won the advertising category in the Best Company to Work For 2004 in the Deloitte Touche business survey for two years running. Being selected to participate in this research is further testament to its successful corporate governance policies."
