POIB classification issue in the spotlight It might be of scant comfort, but according to the Office of the Chief State Law Advisor, Parliament would have a key role to play when it comes to the classification of information under the Information Bill. Be that as it may, unless contentious clauses are sorted out, the Bill is still almost certainly going to go to the ConCourt if critics' demands are not met. On the network infrastructure front, Duncan McLeod has some comments on Telkom and their investment in a new network infrastructure. He says the investment is to be welcomed, but it will still take time for the full benefits to come through. Proving that aggressive promotion strategies can pay dividends, Spur's promotion strategies - such as its Monday Night Burger and Unreal Breakfast specials, have helped it to increase foot traffic and attract consumers across its local and international operations. Is radio still relevant? Yes, says Matthew Rowles, but he has a suggestion or two to ensure continued relevancy. Finally, our very popular [Biz Takeouts Podcasts] continue, and here we report back on last week's Agency focus - M&C Saatchi Abel.Rod Baker: Content DirectorPS Take a look at the latest Ornico ad showcase.
