Applicants wanted for learnership media programme
The AMASA Learnership Programme (ALP) is now open for 2011 intern applications for the media industry. During the programme, the interns will be trained jointly by both AMASA and partner agencies, with each intern receiving a six-month remunerated contract with the agency plus free entrance to the AAA media course and the AMASA Media Planning Workshop.
According to AMASA, its core focus is to attract bright young minds into media, ensure that they excel and then strive to keep the intellect within the industry. With the aim of growing the pool of talent in the media industry, the non-profit organisation calls on all students with a tertiary qualification, in any field to apply.
