Firehouse wins Tiger Brands campaign

Tiger Brands has appointed the Firehouse Group to launch its “Eat Well, Live Well” educational campaign, which will begin its roll-out during Nutrition Month in October 2009. The Firehouse Group, a 360° agency, will mainly be responsible for the advertising, multimedia and public relations requirements of the promotional campaign.

The campaign aims to address lifestyle diseases, including heart disease, type2 diabetes and obesity and empower South Africans to lead healthier lifestyles.

“An easy-to-read, easy-to-understand labelling system will be launched over the next couple of months, where consumers will be able to identify a product's nutritional content at a glance,” explains Sefadzi Foli, group business development executive of the company.
