New Spicy Mexican Bean Salad adds Hola to the table
Werda Salads, a Bokomo Foods brand, has released its new Spicy Mexican Bean Salad, which adds the piquant taste of Latin America to the table.
With a combination of sugar beans, black-eyed beans and chickpeas, it makes the perfect side dish or filling, helping families create traditional Mexican favourites in mere minutes. Although small, beans are packed full of protein and fibre and therefore a healthy and hearty choice.
Cholesterol free, all Werda salads are vacuum-sealed for convenience and require no refrigeration until opened. The salad has a shelf-life of nine months and is available in 405g packs from all leading retail stores countrywide. It will retail from R20.99 and will be on shelf from April 2013.
