Fine & Country International Realty Conference celebrates success
The Fine & Country brand has enjoyed yet another year as market leaders with the largest volume of available properties in the upper quartile of the market, and has been recognised and celebrated for its creative and intelligent marketing.
The conference kicked off with Matthew Pryke, CEO of Fine & Country International Realty UK, presenting a review of Fine & Country's progress since the last international conference, including developments in the corporate identity. He also gave an update on the market and overall strategy. Among the crop of acclaimed keynote speakers were economist John Rosling, Richard Rawlings (the UK's Estate Agency Trainer of the Year 2012), Tamsin Luck (The Digital Property Group), Charlie Wright (The Bu2iness), and Sam Jordan (MD of Calling Brands). The array of topics ranged from the global economy and marketing planning to websites, public relations, social media, portal strategy, and training.
Represented in seven African countries
According to Malcolm Lindley, the managing director of Fine & Country International, the conference was a resounding success and well-received by all. "I am proud to be a part of Fine & Country International Realty who are now represented in seven countries in Africa, namely Ghana, Nigeria, Namibia, South Africa, Mauritius, Egypt and Madagascar.
Simon Bradbury, partner at Fine & Country in Cambridgeshire said as the property market becomes increasingly global, the need for estate agents to offer homes from around the world is becoming more and more important. "In the UK people are becoming more aware of the value locked in the South African property market. The climate, as well as its world-class locations, greater political and social stability are some of the features attracting the Brits, and others, to this market."
