Nicholas Bednall appointed to Berry Bush BBDO board

Advertising and IT entrepreneur Nicholas Bednall has been appointed to the Berry Bush BBDO board of directors.

His portfolio presently includes the overseeing of Berry Bush BBDO's Below the Line offering – the re-energized and rapidly growing unit of the Berry Bush BBDO group. Their clients include Master Foods, Triumph International, Capitec Bank, Sanlam, I&J and Distell.

Nicholas's portfolio also includes overseeing 33 Degrees Interactive - the entrepreneurially driven digital business which has risen to be one of the top interactive agencies in Cape Town.

Nicholas was a Berry Bush BBDO director from 1997 - 2001, firstly as joint head of client service and then new business director. He was the founding MD of 33 Degrees Interactive and ecommerce media auction house - Mediahammer, before leaving the group to head up Old Mutual owned web and IT firm Global Edge Design.

Nicholas retained a non-executive directorship on the Berry Bush BBDO board from 2001 to 2003.
