New romans pizza tv ad

Last night, while watching the AMAs, I saw the new romans pizza ad. It runs on the premise that they are so cheap that they will do anything to keep costs low for their clients even give free medical exams for their staff. Problem is they show a man snapping on a latex glove in lieu of a proctology exam and then edit in a picture of yummy Pizza. Am I crazy for thinking proctology and pizza do not good food advertising make? Am I the only one who makes this connection or did the NKOTB reunion at the AMAs damage my brain?
