Exhibition solution provider sends clients to school
Turnkey exhibition solutions provider, 3D Group, is so convinced of the contribution exhibition and trade show participation can make to a client's marketing efforts, that it is prepared to pay for clients to go on one of the courses accredited by the Exhibition Association of Southern Africa (EXSA).
3D Group is a local company specialising in all aspects of exhibiting from design and construction to build-up and breakdown of stands. It recently built the world's first double story stand from the popular exhibition stand system, Maxima. The stand, for one of its long-standing clients, was designed and constructed by 3D in South Africa, tested and then broken down and containerized, before being shipped to Cairo for the ITU exhibition in May.
According to 3D Group marketing and sales director, Conrad Kullmann, the majority of companies do not maximize the return on their investment in exhibitions because they do not know how to manage the process. This is compounded by the fact that most companies exhibit at shows 'on a whim' and do not incorporate the activity into their marketing strategy, resulting in wasted opportunity, time and money.
Kullmann said 'participation in exhibitions' is generally not taken seriously as a marketing tool, proof of this being the fact that it barely rates a one paragraph mention in a well-known marketing course. This is a pity, he said, because exhibiting can be very successful and have great impact.
He is so concerned about ensuring his clients maximize their return, he's prepared to pay for clients to go on any of the EXSA accredited courses dealing with the topic and offering practical advice. Contact Kullmann direct on, Tel: +27 +11 608 1588.
