Customer care centre receives quality accreditation

Questek Customer Care, a division of the Questek group of companies has received its ISO 9001 accreditation from SGS South Africa, a leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.

ISO 9001 is an international code of practice for quality management systems. The certification implies that Questek Customer Care complies with the specific requirements set out by an independent, recognised and accredited organisation for the following activities: the configuration, project management, installation, repair and maintenance of specialised electronic equipment including audio visual equipment; broadcasting equipment; and electronic equipment for the passenger transport industry. Achieving this accreditation shows a commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Questek Customer Care offers a comprehensive support and maintenance service to customers who have purchased equipment and solutions from the Questek Group of companies, including; Questek Advanced Technologies, Questek Broadcast Technologies and Questek Transit Technologies. Questek Customer Care also offers their services to select international manufacturers requiring local technical support and select local customers who have not purchased their equipment and solutions from the Questek group.
