    MagentaComms offers pay-on-performance PR services

    Integrated marketing communications house, MagentaSoft, has launched its Shared-Risk Public Relations and Events division, MagentaComms, where remuneration is based on achieving communication goals and/or getting media exposure.

    Brand Activist, Jason Frichol says, "Our new public relations offering supports our integrated and cohesive approach for our clients. We are a results-driven company, which primarily makes its money on achieving client's goals. We needed to devise a shared risk model for our clients in conjunction with a remuneration structure to motivate our staff whose income is now wholly performance based."

    Frichol goes on to state that in terms of the offering, MagentaComms only gets paid according to the amount of exposure it secures for the client. This has dyadic benefits as both the client and MagentaComms mutually decide on what's 'press-worthy' with the ultimate goal of only distilling quality content to journalists. The model eliminates the industry norm of exorbitant retainers.
